Garbage
Reminder: Ameri-Tex Services, the city's garbage contractor, will begin picking up ALL residential and commercial customers that do not have dumpsters on Tuesday, February 4, 2020. The new pickup day will be every Tuesday, unless you have a dumpster at your business or residence. Dumpsters will continue to be picked up on the days that they have been before Ameri-Tex Services took over the garbage service from Don Tate.
Any complaints regarding garbage service should be reported to City Hall.
In the event of any changes to this schedule on holidays, the city will post an updated or holiday change to the city website.
The City operates a Citizen Collection Station for Solid Waste. The policy and guidelines as well as the schedule of dates that the facility is open is included in the two documents below. Please NOTE: YOU MUST BE A CITY UTILITY CUSTOMER/RESIDENT WHO PAYS FOR GARBAGE SERVICE IN ORDER TO USE THE FACILITY. Please refer to the policy document below.
