Sabine Apartments Demolition and Debris Removal

The City of Hemphill is accepting Sealed Bids for full project costs to demolish the building located at 250 Oak Street, commonly known as the Old Sabine Apartments. The building is to be demolished and all debris removed.

Demolition debris must be disposed of in a legal manner and contractors must provide satisfactory evidence of liability insurance to the City prior to beginning work. Contractors must comply with all Federal, State and Local guidelines, regulations and laws during demolition and disposal operations.
