City Officials

The mayor and five aldermen, who are elected by the registered voters of the City of Hemphill, and the appointed officials, who are appointed by the Mayor and approved by the city council,  who serve the community of Hemphill are a dedicated group who put serving the public above all else.  We are committed to providing exceptional citizen service at all times.
